A notorious gunrunner, Shehu Ali Kachalla confessed that a military officer gives him a cover to deliver arms to criminals in their hideouts.

The suspects said he has sold 450 riffles as well as 8,000 live ammunition’s to different criminal gangs in Zamfara, Kaduna and Niger states.
