OGUNBIYI dumps PDP, submits Letter of Resignation

A chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Osun State, Dr Akin OGUNBIYI has resigned his membership from the party effective March 28, 2022.

The Insurance guru and a Philanthropist had earlier withdrawn from the governorshp Primary when he said he discovered that the leadership of the party from Abuja are working for the enthronement of their anointed candidate.

In his two short paragraphs in the letter submitted at State Secretariat of the party, Ogunbiyi said, .

“Please accept this letter as a formal resignation from the Peoples Democratic Party ((PDP) with effect from 28th March, 2022.”

“Thank you for the interactions and the engagements I had within the party over the years”, the statement concluded.
