Former House of Representatives member and founder of Oodua (90.9) FM, Ile-Ife, Hon. Rotimi Makinde said he is ready to align with any Osun governorship candidate with pedigree in obedience to party directives.
He said this in a telephone chat with SOJ WORLDWIDE on Thursday afternoon.

On his next move over the just lifted embargo on governorship campaign by All Progressives Congress, APC in Osun State he said, ‘’Not long ago, I said it openly that I will not align with any gladiator but owing to the party directives, the coast is getting clearer.’’
Since he is not new in the political terrain, he added that, ‘’However, Age, religion and zoning is the decision of the Elders in council. While we have to be conscious that we cannot plan to preach Bible to the Pope.’’

He however said his immediate concern is to get the best candidate who has the pedigree to give the best from where the incumbent governor of the state, Ogbeni Rauf Adesoji Aregbesola will stop.
Hon. Makinde said, ‘’I will be concerned with gladiators pedigree, I will develop much interest in studying gladiators credentials and verify his or her ability to manage our meagre resources and above all his manifestoes which must include whatever plans he has for the good people of my constituency and the state in general.
