The organizers of the first-ever Yoruba Cultural Heritage, Karele OODUA got a boost from the Aare Ona Kakanfo, Chief Gani Adams in Lagos on Thursday, June 20, 2019.
The team led by the Supervisor of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Culture, Tourism and Environment, Dr Obawale Adebisi at the Aare’s office in Lagos.

Aare assured the team of his maximum support alongside Yorubas in Brazil, USA, Canada, Trinidad and Tobago. and other Yorubas in Diaspora. He said he was delighted to lend his support to any move that would unite all the Yorubas around the globe.
He said, “the unity of the Yorubas is Paramount in my mind.”
The event slated for August 10 – 21, 2019 also received the support of the former Presidential candidate of the Social Democratic Party (SDP) and former governor of Cross River State, Mr Donald Duke.
