Osun L.G POLL: COURT STRUCKS-OUT APPLICATION TO STOP ELECTION.

An Osun State high Court in Ilesha judicial division presided over by Honourable Justice Kola Adegoke today struck-out the application filed by Barrister Kanmi Ajibola seeking of the postponement of local government election in the state of Osun.

Barr. Kanmi Ajibola asked the court to Halt the conduct of the Osun local Council election pending the determination of the suit.

Justice Adegoke rule that suit should be given accelerating hearing due to the sensitivity of the matter.

He also ordered all the parties involved to file all necessary application before the Court.

Justice Adegoke hereby adjourned the matter to Thursday 25 of January 2018.
