Osun Local Government Election Court Reverse Hearing Date:
Federal High Court fixed 11th January 2018 for the hearing of applications of Osun Government against case by PDP surrogates.
This supercedes the earlier date of 23rd January.
The State Government Application is seeking for the following orders:
(1) AN ORDER of the Honourable Court discharging and/or setting aside the Ex-parte Interim Orders granted in favour of the Plaintiffs/Respondents on the 4th day of December, 2017.

(2) AN ORDER of the Honourable Court Extending the time within which the Defendant/Applicant shall apply to discharge and/or set aside Orders 2 and 3 of Ex-parte Orders granted in favour of the Plaintiffs/Respondents on the 27th day of November, 2017.
(3) AN ORDER of the Honourable Court discharging and/or setting aside Order 2 of Ex-parte Orders as it relates to the Defendant to show cause why the orders sought should not be granted.
(4) AN ORDER of the Honourable Court discharging and/or setting aside Order 3 of Ex-parte Orders as it relates to accelerated hearing and abridgment of time granted in favour of the Plaintiffs/Respondents on the 27th day of November, 2017.
AND FOR SUCH FURTHER or other orders that this Honourable Court may deem proper to make in the circumstances.
