Osun State Police Command has issued a Press Release on the whereabouts of the body of the OAU MBA student, Timothy Adegoke who lodged and allegedly murdered at the Hilton Hotels and Resort, Ile-Ife, Osun State.

In the new Press Release signed by the Police Public Relations Officer, PPRO, SP Yemisi Opalola Olawoyin available to SOJ WORLDWIDE, http://www.sojworldnews.com on Monday evening, she said the police wish to officially confirm that the body of Timothy has been deposited at the Osun State University Teaching Hospital for autopsy.
The autopsy started on Monday in the precence of all the stakeholders from the suspects to the incident, the family of the victim, counsels on both sides, the Pathologists and the media.

“The Osun State Command of the Nigeria Police is constrained to clear the air on the crucial issue of autopsy on the body of the deceased; Mr Timothy Adegoke a post graduate student of Obafemi Awolowo University.
This becomes compelling in view of the disturbing misinformation and deliberate obfuscation of issues by some persons in the media and elsewhere.
Please permit us in the Nigeria Police to state for the avoidance of doubt that, the body of the deceased; Adegoke is at the UNIOSUN Teaching Hospital, Osogbo where the autopsy is expected to be done.

The autopsy scheduled for last Friday, 19th November, 2021, was postponed to Monday, 22nd November, 2021, to enable the deceased’s family pathologist present when it is being conducted.
We urge patience, cooperation and understanding of the public as the Force embarks on the onerous task of unraveling the facts of the death of the deceased. The family of the victim has always been aware of the hospital where the body of deceased is deposited.
The Commossioner of Police Osun state command, CP Olawale Olokode, psc further reiterates that justice will prevail and no stone will be left unturned.”
