The governorship candidate of the PDP in the just concluded gubernatorial election in the State of Osun, Senator Ademola Adeleke was on Tuesday re-arraigned by the police on allegations of examination malpractice.
MALPRACTICE:Â Senator Adeleke who had earlier charged with four counts of offences in September for alleged conspiracy and impersonation had his offences increased from four to seven on similar offences on Tuesday.

The police force also accused Mr Adeleke of making false documents, regarding his age and violating the exam malpractice act, CAP E15, 2004.
Senator Adeleke, who contested closely with his counterpart from the All Progressives Congress, (APC) Adegboyega Oyetola, is challenging the outcome of the election which saw Mr Oyetola emerge the winner, after a declaration by Nigeria’s electoral umpire that the election was inconclusive on September, 22.

Adeleke is accusing the Independent National Electoral Commission and the APC of colluding to ensure the candidate of the APC emerges the winner in the September elections in the state.
The PDP candidate and his party have alleged conspiracy of the police force with the ruling APC to intimidate, Adeleke.
