THE self styled leader of the proscribed Independent Peoples of Biafra (IPOB) based in Finland, Simon Ekpa has ordered the monitoring of Enugu State Officials who sealed the shops of those who complied with the sit-at-home order he ordered on Monday.
Ekpa also ordered ‘Biafrans’ in Enugu State to unseal all the shops sealed by the State Government.
