THE first day of the two weeks sit-at-home declared by self styled Prime Minister of the proscribed Indigenous Peoples of Biafra, IPOB, Simon Ekpa begins with empty streets.
Many of major roads monitored by SOJ WORLDWIDE correspondent were deserted with armored trucks parading the streets.
The troubled city monitored by our correspondent witnessed mass movements of people early hours of Monday, July 31, 2023 to Lagos.
According to Chidi Okeke on his Facebook Account monitored by SOJ WORLDWIDE, six luxurious buses fully loaded have left the city for Lagos as early as 7am this morning, Other buses are on stand and ready to move.
