A:  Agritourism is a form of tourism niche that is considered a growth industry in many parts of the world. Agritourism overlaps with Geotourism, Ecotourism, Wine Tourism and Culinary Tourism.
Q:  Why did you want to organize this beauty pageant, what is the motivation behind it.
A:  There is a great apathy towards investing in both agricultural and tourism sector of the economy. This is because of the get-rich-quick attitude of the youths at the expense of enduring and sustainable economic ventures. There is a need to re-orient the values of the populace, especially the youths, on work ethics and value for money. The old idea of farmers and farming is associated with old and poor, uneducated and unkempt members of the society need be reversed.
