A former House of Representatives member, Chairman of Oodua FM (109.9fm), Ile-Ife and Chief Servant of Ife, Hon. Rotimi Makinde carpeted the owners of an album running down the Ooni of Ife, Oba Enitan Ogunwusi and Mr. Akeeb Ajilesoro as blackmailers and sadists.
Hon. Makinde made this known while receiving, Mr. Akeeb Ajilesoro who paid him a courtesy call in the New Year.
He advised well-meaning people of Ile-Ife, Nigeria and diaspora to ignore the antics of the producers of the album whom he referred to as faceless people, enemies of progress and mischief makers.

“Not long ago, I told Baba Ooni to expect much envies. This is what I said when I observed the rapid development our Ooni is embarking upon both at home and abroad which keeps increasing his profile both in the country and at international level.
‘’Such is bound to attract envy and definitely those sadists must react, the prediction is what is coming to pass. Let no one take such detractors serious and let no one fight for their victims as God himself is set to visit them with his anger.’’.Makinde said.
