THE Billboard that surfaced in Abuja Few days ago with the inscription, “ALL EYES ON JUDICIARY” has been removed, SOJ WORLDWIDE reported.

 

 

 

The Billboard was sponsored by ‘Diaspora’s for Good Governance’ suspected to have been erected by the supporters of the Labour Party Presidential Candidate in the February 25, 2023, Peter OBI.

 

 

 

The Presidential Election Petition Tribunal has reserved judgement on the petition filed by Peter Obi against the victory of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

In a message posted on the official Twitter Page of @Woye1 monitored by SOJ WORLDWIDE Correspondent, the Billboard was removed for violating the Advertising Agency at the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.

 

According to the statement, the Advertising Agency will be prosecuted and their licence withdrawn.

 

 

 

We are unable to confirm if the first Billboard erected last week as reported by SOJ WORLDWIDE has been removed or not as at the time of filing this report.

Billboard removed and violators booked by signage and Advertising agency of the govt. FG and FCTA have commenced investigation.
You must follow due process before any billboard is erected. They will be prosecuted and their license will be suspended in line with the law. Don’t break the law. Any internal culprit in govt agencies will be punished.”
