A Toyota Camry car that plunges into Ogun River along Ijebu-Ode-Shagamu Expressway has claimed two lives barely two days after a truck belonging to Dangote Cement Factory swerved into Ososa river.
The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) confirmed this on Wednesday, saying two persons died in the incident at 3:55pm.
“The crash occurred at about 1555hrs on Wednesday, 24/11/21, at Ososa bridge on Ijebu-Ode/Sagamu expressway.
“A total of seven persons were involved, all male adults. One person was injured and unfortunately, two deaths were recorded,” Ogun FRSC spokesperson, Florence Okpe told newsmen.
