Update on Fidelity Bank Vs 12 ex-Staff: Second adjournments in two months

The hearing on the case of Fidelity Bank Plc and 12 of its core staff could not be heard at the National Industrial Court this morning, all pending cases in the court were adjourned till early next year.
Fidelity Vs 12 ex-staff hearing was adjourned to February 22, 2018.
The presiding Judge, Mrs. Rabi Gwandu who was said to be a God fearing judge who was said to be fair in all her past judgements.

The new judge who was transferred from Jos recently needs to settle down to face the herculean tasks ahead of her in the dispensation of justice before her.
A source who would not want her name in print told SOJ Worldwide that, ‘’…people were really disappointed, since two weeks now, they have been adjourning hearing of cases with new dates, the judge will resume in January 2018.
;;The woman has always been given fair judgements according to lawyers at the court today. She was transferred from Lagos to Jos.’’
Fidelity bank’s dedicated and committed ex-staff had been at a loggerhead with the management of the bank for non-payment of their retirement benefits since last year.

Those who were promised were disappointed when they could no longer receive alerts for their many years of hard labour for the sustenance of the bank to the level where it is today.

The ex-staff are praying daily for God to give them the grace to be alive to eat the fruits of their labour in the bank and to touch the hearts of the people at the helm of affairs in Fidelity bank to give them what belongs to them at a time it will be useful for them.
