THE Court of Appeal, Akure on Tuesday, March 5, 2024 adjourned the appeal filed by the owner of Hilton Honours Hotel, Ile-Ife, Dr. Rahmon Adedoyin till further notice.

Adedoyin appealed death sentence passed on him and two others over the death of MBA-EXECUTIVE Student of Obafemi Awolowo University, OAU, Timothy Adegoke.

 

Timothy lodged in the hotel to prepare for his final exams at the citadel of learning having travelled from his base in Abuja where he worked as an Accountant.

The Justice who presided over today’s appeal told the Prosecuting Counsel, Femi Falana and Adedoyin’s Defence Counsel that they will be duly informed of the next sitting.
