UPDATE: POLICE Command Identify Officer Who Shot Man Dead At NNPCL Station In Lagos

LAGOS State Police Command has identified the Officer who shot a man dead at the NNPCL Fuel Station at Obalende, Lagos on Wednesday evening.

 

 

SOJ WORLDWIDE published the report on Thursday morning that the trigger happy officer could  not be identified.

 

 

But in a three paragraph message by the State Police Public Relations Officer, SP Benjamin Hundeyin on his official X.com handle said the shooter has been identified and investigation is ongoing.

Meanwhile, Hundeyin said the command is working hand-in-hand with the family to make sure there is no miscarriage of justice.

 

 

“The person behind the shooting has been identified as a police officer serving at Special Protection Unit (SPU) Base 17, Lion Building, Lagos.

 

 

Investigation is still ongoing and further findings will be made available.

 

Meanwhile, the Lagos State Police Command is working with the family of the deceased to ensure that there is no miscarriage of justice.”
