A pro-democracy Group, Â Coalition For Good Governance And Change Initiative Protested at the Federal Ministry of Justice in Abuja calling for the arrest of former President Olusegun Obasanjo for planning chaos in Nigeria.
Their placards carried the inscription “End of The Road For Olusegun Obasanjo.” The leader and the convener of the group, Â Mr. Â Okpokwu Ogenyi said in a video made available to SOJWORLD.COM,

“We are here to demand immediate arrest of former President Olusegun Obasanjo. He should be arrested at this time and properly rehabilitated because he was an elder statesman. Because of the recent letter, he has lost his status as an elder statesman.”
“No younger generation of our generation or even age before us will ever respect him again.Â
Reason being that we have seen clearly that Obasanjo is against a common Nigerians.”

“The concerned Nigerian masses have on good authority that an individual who claimed to be an elder statesman has concluded plans in cohorts with unscrupulous elements to cause mayhem in the country during and after the general elections.”
“This is the reason we are demanding his immediate arrest because if we allow Obasanjo to be a free man and giving unscrupulous and inconsequential statement convincing venerable Nigerians in inciting them against this administration, it, therefore, means what so ever he is doing will still never be taken. It, therefore, means any bloodshed during and after this 2019 general elections, Obasanjo should be held responsible.”

They were received by the Permanent  Secretary,  Federal Ministry of Justice, Taiwo Adigun who promised to deliver their protest letter.
