WIFE of former CAN President, HELEN Oritsejafor reacts to rumour of divorce, threatens legal action

THE wife of former President of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), Mrs Helen Oritsejafor has debunked the rumour making the rounds that her marriage has hit the rocks with her husband, Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor.

Pastor Oritsejafor’s wife said, “my attention has been drawn to the fake and malicious news making rounds on media platforms against my character and that of my family. It is totally unthinkable, reprehensible and unbelievable. It is also important that I make the facts clear. We (my husband and I) are not divorced.” Speaking further, Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor’s wife said, “legal actions will be taken against the fake news peddlers because I have briefed my lawyers.”

The pastor’s wife said as a bonafide Christian, ensuring her family is not given a bad name is of great importance. She added that people should learn to put her lovely kids’ interest at heart before spreading unverified reports.

Talking about Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor, Mrs Helen said, “I have never been unfaithful to him and what you saw were works of the devil and his agents to dent my character and good works.”
