Sonya Seville has received three additional text messages from other people just as the court case against Phillip Thomas II continues, WRESTLINGNEWS.CO reported.

Heel by Nature obtained a copy of a court filing that reveals that Sonya (Daria Berenato) and her ex-girlfriend Ariana Johnson both qualify as being a “victim or witness at risk of harm.”
The court documents note that messages that were sent identify Deville’s street address and characteristics of her residence. The messages also identify members of Deville’s family. Both victims have requested confidentiality under Marsy’s law and any other applicable law. Deville’s lawyer asked for evidence that reveals evidence that identifies her home address and family members to be sealed from the public.
According to the filing, Johnson was threatened by Thomas for her association with Deville and the court has granted the motion because Deville has been receiving additional threats from other unknown individuals.

Deville says she received additional anonymous messages that state, “I’ll finish the job that Phillip started” and “My knife is sharper than Phillp’s.”
Thomas was arrested on August 16 for allegedly stalking Deville. He was charged with the following:
AGGRAVATED STALKING – THIRD DEGREE FELONY
ARMED BURGLARY OF A DWELLING – FELONY PUNISHABLE BY LIFE
ARMED KIDNAPPING RANSOM OR REWARD OR HOSTAGE – FELONY LIFE
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF LESS THAN $200 – SECOND DEGREE MISDEMEANOR
Thomas remains in jail with no bond set. Deville was written out of storylines at SummerSlam in a “Loser Leaves WWE” match.
The belief is that she may be back at some point and WWE is already teasing that she may return with a new name and gimmick.
